We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development with a focus on WordPress and possess a keen eye for detail and design. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for the development customization and maintenance of our WordPressbased websites ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development:

Develop and maintain highquality WordPress websites themes and plugins.

Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.

Implement responsive design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across devices.

Improve Search Functionality

Coding and Programming:

Proficiently code in PHP HTML CSS and JavaScript/jQuery.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.

Site Optimization:

Perform website optimization to enhance speed and overall performance.

Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues.

Security and Maintenance:

Implement and maintain robust security measures for WordPress websites.

Perform routine maintenance tasks including updates backups and monitoring.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers content creators and other stakeholders to deliver highquality projects.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

Training Documentation & Handover:

Document development processes code and configurations for future reference.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Training and handover to inhouse resource for continuous development and improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.

Proficiency in PHP HTML CSS JavaScript/jQuery and other relevant web development technologies.

Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.

Strong understanding of website performance optimization and security best practices.

Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
