This is a remote position.
SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Triage Technician is to create triage and document tickets into the client ticketing system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with dispatch to respond to support requests.
- Be available to answer any calls to the Level 1 queue.
- Be responsible for keeping up with all assigned tickets following up as needed and keeping ticket statuses up to date at all times.
- Write documentation and procedures to improve our service response to future support incidents.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least three years of experience in a triage environment.
- At least one year of experience in a service desk environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should be willing to accept a longterm workfromhome arrangement.
- Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
