Enterprise Account Executive

Droppe is a Finnish highgrowth startup fixing industrial distribution by organizing products brands and distributors into transparent and useful information. Were building a digital B2B marketplace for enterprises to manage industrial products that keep their operations running. Droppe is a highperforming team of 20 persons working (hybrid/remote) from offices in Helsinki Finland and Cologne Germany.

Tasks

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Droppe youll be a core part of our team executing and driving our strategy to:

• Identify and address disorganized purchasing habits within industrial enterprises.
• Provide technical matching for products meeting specific European quality standards.
• Champion a digitalonly distribution approach assisting brands in transitioning and thriving online within the European market.
• Offer comprehensive spend control solutions for smarter more efficient decisionmaking.
• Strengthen our focus on European brands and buyers fostering connections through shared standards and requirements.
• Help industrial enterprises fix their industrial distribution (MRO) by offering the best solutions based on industry best practices.

Requirements

We are seeking Europes most ambitious operators and doers. We seek candidates with at least three years of experience in enterprise sales. The ideal candidate has proof of success from excelling in a highgrowth startup having attended a top university or becoming an outlier with their unique expertise. We seek individuals who are constantly seeking selfimprovement and working hard towards their goals.
