- Provides value added service to customers by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and Supervisors.
- Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting co-workers as needed.
- Meets Yes I Can Service standards.
- Attends work on time as scheduled.
- Follows hotel standards regarding personal hygiene.
- Minimizes dangers by following all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintains a favorable reputation of the Radisson SAS Hotel at all times.
- Prepares properly all surfaces prior to painting or papering.
- Hangs wallpaper.
- Paints woodwork, plaster, steel and all surfaces requiring painting.
- French polishes.
- Spray paints.
- Chooses the correct type of paints for the specific job and task.
- Masks areas around where work is to be performed in order to protect adjacent areas.
- Any other duties, which could be assigned by the hotel management in the future.
