- Ability to draw Process flow diagrams

- Expert in handling Change requests
- Experience in working with projects starting from scratch and enhancement projects as well
- Experience in using Jira and confluence tools
- Effective communication skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams and ensure smooth delivery of the project
