Regional Sales Manager

Client Overview:
Our client is a multinational global leader in the machinery manufacturing industry. To aid in their company growth we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeastern region of the United States.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Be knowledgeable about the products offered
• Identify and qualify potential customers
• Contact new and existing customer to discuss needs
• Maintain relationships with current customers
• Ability to have discussions on features of products to highlight how they solve customers problems
• Maintain CRM
• Travel (75%) within region to maintain and find new customers
• Execute an effective territory business plan to hit your sales target
• Work trade shows

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years experience in outside sales
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Self motivated
