Designation : Senior Marketing Executive

As a Senior Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams lead marketing campaigns and provide guidance to junior marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy and a proven track record of achieving marketing goals.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
• Salary range 40000 to 50000

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

4. Create and manage the marketing budget ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.

5. Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives including website optimization SEO social media marketing email marketing and online advertising.

6. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends implementing innovative strategies to gain a competitive edge.

• Requirements:
• 1. Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• 2. Proven experience (5 years) as a Marketing Executive or similar seniorlevel position in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• 3. Strong expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels including digital marketing traditional advertising and public relations.
• 4. Indepth knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
• 5. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software including CRM systems marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
• 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• 7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
• 8. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
