Position Overview: As a Product Designer at Prioclen Technologies you will play a pivotal role in the endtoend development of innovative and scalable technology solutions. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams you will contribute to the design and implementation our diverse range of projects creating an interactive user interface and experience for our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for new products or improvements to existing ones.
- Create wireframes prototypes and other design artefacts to visualise and communicate design concepts.
- Design the user interface and interactions for digital products ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers and engineers to align design solutions with business goals.
- Develop visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall aesthetics of the product.
- Create highfidelity mockups and design assets for implementation.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Analyze user feedback and data to refine and improve the user experience.
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.
- Iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and testing results.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and marketers.
- Communicate design decisions effectively and advocate for usercentered design principles.
Requirements
- A diploma bachelors degree or certification in relevent field (not compulsory).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite Figma or similar.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating user personas user journeys and information architectures.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and rationale.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to design challenges.
