1. Coordinate cross-functional (and multi-system) process development.
2. Maintain process documentation including process change orders. Define business rules and translate requests into business requirements.
3. Communicate business, system, quality, and integration requirements.
4. Identify opportunities to improve process. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
5. Validate functional requirements and system specifications to ensure they meet the needs of the business process. Conduct process and system testing and training to process experts.
