Regenified™ was founded in 2021 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. Regenified’s purpose is to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture from greenwashing while providing recognition and reward to the farmers and ranchers who successfully implement ecosystemsaving practices as part of their operations. Our mission is to transition the world’s supply chain to regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains beef poultry eggs and cotton.

What You Will Do

We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to create unique and compelling content using a variety of platforms such as blog email social media and video. Reporting to the CMO you will partner and collaborate on strategy and planning but you will fully own content creation.

This is an exciting opportunity to tell Regenified’s story and the impact we’re having on transforming agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality content that builds the narrative of regenerative agriculture through a variety of storytelling tools successfully breaking down complex information into something all audiences can understand.
• Partner closely with the Director of Farmer Experience and Director of Brand Partnerships to ensure our farming community and CPG partners are well supported with their marketing needs.
• Build strong relationships trust and credibility with our farming community and CPG partners.
• Identify opportunities such as spending time with stakeholders and attending events to connect with the work we’re doing and the impact it has on the lives of farmers communities and our planet.
• Bring your love of storytelling and copywriting to create a significant amount of content for the benefit of a multitude of stakeholders.
• Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of the industry and determine how best to utilize and prioritize the massive amounts of technical information available.

You are excited for the challenge to take complex but important information and create content that is easy for others to understand. You have a love for writing content creation and storytelling and you are excited to create thought leadership that influences the industry and leads the narrative for regenerative agriculture.

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the agriculture industry; science research reporting in agriculture is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism communication marketing or another relevant field.
• Experience producing content across a variety of channels and platforms including social media blogs emails and video.
• Demonstrated success creating short and longform content for more complex technical subjects.
• Must have strong writing skills and a love for the English language and a good understanding of voice and tone in writing.
• Excellent copywriting editing and proofreading skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
• Experience with SEO and concepts with writing within SEO a plus!
