The Compliance Engineer is part of a team responsible for the process of documenting certification to regulatory requirements. You will work crossfunctionally across many different engineering fields ranging from Chassis to Mechatronics exposing you to a wide variety of experience and knowledge. You will interact with engineers to request and obtain proof of certification documents and ensure such documents meet regulatory requirements. This will require understanding regulatory language and communicating effectively to engineering and testing

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineeringrelated or Legal/Compliance or eng technical or even a science degree
  • 24 years of relevant experience someone who can handle technical documents and understand how they apply to regulations able to handle work and Excel documents
  • 1 or more years working with vehicles or engines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with heavyduty vehicles and the emission/safety standards that apply to them
  • Ability to read analyze and summarize detailed regulatory language
  • IMACS experience plus an understanding of vehicle specs
