Digital Product Quality Assurance Associate
- Prior experience with manual testing in a DTC / eCommerce environment.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices for digital products.
- Fluent English - written and spoken.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in using testing and issue tracking tools - ideally experience using ClickUp.
- Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours within a 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST timeframe.
