What to expect

• Service Excellence: You will process inbound inquiries independently on the phone and by email in order to keep our service at the highest level
• Customer Care: You are the first point of contact for all inbound calls
• Team: You report to the Customer Care Team Lead and work closely with your colleagues from Customer Care and Customer Success

• Language skills: written & spoken Italian at native level French is a plus
