Who are we

Established in 2023 Playnetic is a new player in the world of gaming entertainment. We design and build slot games from scratch from idea to release. Our games will be played in regulated markets globally through industryleading operators.

Our innovative gaming content is centred around our core values: quality gaming dedicated customer service and reliable delivery to our partners.

Were currently in a phase of growth and will scale considerably over the next 12 months. As a fully remote studio we understand the importance of staying connected and maintaining team collaboration. We are continually mindful of this as we grow and have the tools and support in place to help us all flourish.

What you bring along

Possess a proven track record (1.5 years) in producing slot game mathematics

Exceptional expertise in combinatorics statistics and probability theories

Passion for games from both a designer and player standpoint

Experience in programming on Python or Java

Design and take ownership of writing game logic for all designated games using proprietary tools

Continuously engage in field research analysis and stay updated on industry trends to gain a clear understanding of player profiles for the purpose of developing new features and products

Design and implement simulations to model and balance slots and table games

Analytical and datadriven mindset

Thoroughly play test all games in studio development and provide comprehensive verbal or written feedback on all aspects of the player experience including math art sound messaging game pacing and user interface

This is your mission

Offer intricate mathematical models for slot/table games and additional game features

Collaborate closely with the game producer to craft the optimal gaming experience

Posses a deep understanding of the slot/table games market

Conduct thorough competitive game math analysis to extract valuable insights

Offer clear and comprehensive answers and explanations to pertinent mathrelated inquiries from game designers engineers compliance departments and other relevant teams as needed

Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot the technical implementation of mathematical models

Innovate and explore new functionalities for slot/table games

Contribute inventive concepts to the game logic and design team

Collaborate closely with producers artists engineers and other team members throughout the development process
