Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their dynamic team in Winchester.

The Role:
As a key team member your daily activities will include:
Administering various project processes from scheduling meetings to coordinating travel ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Swift and precise creation of quotations showcasing your keen eye for detail.
Collaborating closely with the warehouse team to organise sample requests fostering a cohesive team.
Handling client inquiries with finesse providing exceptional customer service that reflects the companies commitment to client satisfaction.
Proactively monitoring project progress identifying potential issues or risks and contributing to effective problemsolving.
Managing and maintaining client databases ensuring information is accurate and uptodate.
Keeping abreast of the latest product lines becoming the goto person for product knowledge.
Occasional client and eventsbased travel including fully expensed trade shows adding a dash of variety to your role.
Who You Are:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A master of multitasking able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Adept at quickly establishing professional connections fostering positive relationships with clients colleagues and stakeholders.
Your meticulous attention to detail especially in data entry sets you apart.
Proactive and flexible embodying a positive attitude that contributes to the teams success.
Experience with projectbased software lighting and architectural drawings is advantageous but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
The Package:
25000 per annum salary.
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays with an additional day for each year youre with us.
20 days of flexible working from home.
