Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are in search of a seasoned and visionary Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) known for their expertise in crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the General Manager the Fractional CMO will lead all aspects of our marketing efforts encompassing digital and traditional marketing brand management market research and customer engagement. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth and enhancing market presence.

The Fractional CMO will focus on overarching marketing strategies guiding the company towards achieving its longterm objectives. This includes developing comprehensive marketing plans managing budgets and steering the company through various marketing landscapes.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company s business activities.
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for brand promotion launching of new product lines etc.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company s online presence editorial design and organizing the company s publications.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor s marketing movements.
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
  • Become the organization s agent towards external parties such as media stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing efforts ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic objectives. This includes digital marketing metrics brand awareness lead generation customer engagement and ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize KPIs to inform and adjust marketing strategies ensuring a focus on datadriven decisionmaking. Regularly analyze marketing data to understand the effectiveness of different channels and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to the General Manager and other stakeholders on the performance of marketing initiatives against set KPIs. Use these insights to optimize ongoing and future marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that the marketing team is aligned with these KPIs and understands their role in achieving these metrics. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the marketing department.
  • Lead the development and execution of branding strategies to enhance brand presence and market penetration.
  • Overseeing brand messaging and brand consistency across all marketing channels to aligns with the brand s voice and values.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and consumer trends. Utilize these insights to develop and implement effective brand strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Foster brand advocacy internally and externally. Monitor brand reputation and implement strategies for reputation management including addressing customer feedback and public relations.

Requirements
