Your Role

We are hiring an Implementation Engineer to support the software implementation for our clients. This is a client facing role which requires a great understanding of processes internal to PSC and external to our clients. As a client facing position excellent communication ability to identify client needs and provide solutions via the ACE software to meet and exceed client expectations are required. As an Implementation Engineer you will work collaboratively with client SME s and internal software developers to identify and improve system offerings.

  • Configure ACE Software (eQMS) for PSC Software as well as to satisfy client needs.
  • Configure proof of concept demonstrations to exhibit ACE s adaptability to client needs.
  • Responsible for software requirements analysis customizations enhancements integration and production deployments of customers/partners.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with project managers product managers operations and validation engineers to ensure highquality implementations ontime delivery and post implementation technical support.
  • Problemsolve and creatively apply yourself to translating the quality business requirements of our clients and prospective clients to our system.
  • Assist business development during facetoface and web demonstrations and regular professional email and phone communication with our clients.
  • Adhere to maintain and improve our internal quality systems while always keeping service and the client experience in mind.
  • Provide ongoing technical support training and customer service on an asneeded basis.
  • Relay new requirements to our development team as we constantly improve our QMS offerings.
  • Collaborate with our implementation team nationally and internationally during software implementation.
  • Execute Installation Qualification (IQ) validation for PSC Biotech and customer systems.
  • Write technical documents including customer requirements product customizations and integration capabilities.




Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree required Computer Science Engineering or STEM. Master s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Computer System Validation Software Development or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience with EQMS EDMS preferred.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Quality Control Audit Inspection business processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to describe technical tasks in layman s terms.
  • Excellent client service and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
  • Advanced communication skills (verbal written).
