Job Description

  • Streamline operational processes and procedures to facilitate scalability.
  • Continuously enhance the customer experience while maintaining a balanced cost structure.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing improvement within the organization.
  • Establish and guide discussions on best practices with regional Operations teams to foster collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
  • Lead and cultivate the Operations team to ensure seamless operations in claim operations and call center achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure that Service Managers maintain relationships with 3rd party networks meet customer expectations and identify new service providers aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Understand client needs and objectives then transform them into operational requirements for functional groups effectively communicating the vision and requirements to the respective teams.
  • Take responsibility for delivering multiple client projects that require coordination across internal stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Identify operational risk factors early and implement mitigation strategies or contingency plans. Provide executive and/or client teams with regular reports on results risks and opportunities.


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the management of Supply Chain demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of procurement and vendor management particularly within the General Insurance Claim Processing Industry.
  • Demonstrate effective relationship management skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Having a background in the mobile and consumer electronics service sector is an advantage.
  • Previous proven experience in managing teams is beneficial.
  • Embrace a collaborative approach with a focus on delivery the ability to coach for results and the capacity to be robust and challenging when necessary.
  • Bring experience in strategic planning to the role.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize appropriately and drive initiatives in a highly matrix environment.
  • Exhibit selfprioritization skills and the ability to perceive the broader organizational context.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Be detailoriented organized and capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Display selfmotivation and the ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.


A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, with the ability to effectively oversee and manage multiple accounts and partners concurrently. Additional experience in the mobile and consumer electronics retail sector is preferred. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in securing account deals and acquisitions. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
