Tasks

• Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls emails and letters from customers
• Assist customers by providing information about products resolving clients queries and explaining company policies
• Assist customers through various digital channels reaching out to them if necessary
• Collaborate with different departments to find appropriate solutions for escalated cases
• Manage interactions on social media platforms to ensure timely and helpful responses to inquiries or comments
• Become the best brand ambassador and provide an outstanding service to clients

Requirements

• Full professional level of French
• Professional level of English
• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• People Person you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• Tech savvy and analytical
