Radiology Clerical Officer

• Managing a very busy reception area and greeting patients
  
• Scheduling patient appointments
  
• Handling updating and organizing large volumes of medical records
  
• Processing insurance claim forms and handling cash
  
• Liaising with multiple departments within the clinic
  
• Managing a busy phone line
  

Requirements

• Previous experience working for a customer facing role and excellent customer service skills essential
  
• Educated to secondary level.
  
• Advanced IT Skills ideally with experience using a Medical database
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a pressurized environment
  
• Ability to work with discretion sensitivity and maintain confidentiality
  
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  
• Flexibility initiative and enthusiasm
  
• Experience in the acute clinic setting is an advantage
