Tasks:
Have business expertise on information systems
Analyze requests from regions
Support projects having an impact on the applications under his responsibility
Provide regular communication to the regions about the systems enhancements
Analyze requests regarding exchanges between several systems (including some not in its direct
scope)
Ensure the proper functioning of the systems under his responsibility
Manage access requests and inform end users with the conditions of access to managed systems
Check and process users access requests
Can intervene on tickets processing when needed
Check and validate KPI values consistency
Share KPI with regions
Be the main contact with the process managers in his field and with the IT managers in charge of
the development and maintenance of IT systems
Consider requests for improvements from users in the regions
Updating test acceptance specifications if necessary
Execute User Acceptance Tests of the systems managed at least in the final UAT phase
Communication monitoring and traceability of exchanges with ICT Build and RUN (Stellantis ICT
or IT Suppliers) on JIRAS
Elaboration of media to share in Governance meetings
Participation in Governance meetings and Obeyas
Supply of indicators for Jira monitoring
Preparation of country communications (Projects developments corrections of anomalies )
Introduce changes and train regions
Write/update standards and user guides to retain and share business knowledge (how to)
Elaborate user administration guides to explain the use settings business rules and connections
of the applications on its domain
Elaborate user guides to explain to end users the use of the applications on its domain (use of a
screen or step access rights)
Elaborate a document to explain how to analyze and solve problems or answer to users
questions for a given subject on its application.
Update this document for each new case identified
Archive standards and user guides on business records storage platform (doc info or other)
Opening of JIRAS (or equivalent) of anomalies or evolution respecting the standard
Opening on incidents at helpdesk for urgent problems
Creation and update of ITEM in collaboration with Level 2 & Business Owners
Define with the tickets processing team (1.6) top 10 issues to be managed on priority regarding
dealers feedback
Prioritize the issues to be corrected according to business impact
Organize or participate to meetings with ICT teams to push the issues to be corrected with
highest priority
After production deliveries identify the existing tickets from dealers that can should solved and
provide the appropriate feedback.
Can intervene on tickets processing when needed

Required profile:
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the field.
You have a taste for challenge with a strong taste for analysis and a good spirit of synthesis.
You have a fluent level in French/English.
