Your Role
We are hiring a motivated and driven Validation Engineer to join our team in Pomona CA. The Validation Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing validation activities for a range of equipment but specializing in autoclaves.
- Develop and execute validation plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure validation activities align with project timelines.
- Draft and review validation protocols and reports for autoclaves and other associated equipment ensuring thorough documentation of validation activities.
- Conduct validation activities including Installation Qualification (IQ) Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Collaborate with engineering quality and production teams to address validationrelated issues and implement corrective actions.
- Implement riskbased approaches to validation to optimize efficiency.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in related engineering discipline.
- 24 years of validation engineering experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Experience with autoclave validation is required.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

The ability to adapt to different locations cultures and work environments is essential as it allows our team members to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues nationally.
