Job Title: Domino Server Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Domino Server Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation configuration maintenance and support of our HCL Domino server infrastructure. The Domino Server Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability security and optimal performance of our collaboration platform.
Responsibilities:
Install configure and maintain HCL Domino servers in a production environment.
Implement and optimize server settings for performance and security.
Manage user accounts access controls and security policies.
Handle authentication and authorization processes.
Create and manage databases for various applications including email and collaboration.
Implement and maintain database replication and clustering.
Administer the mail server functionality including routing and delivery.
Monitor and manage mail databases for performance and reliability.
Implement and enforce security policies for the Domino server.
Monitor and address security vulnerabilities and incidents.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as a Domino Server Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HCL Domino server architecture and administration.
Proficient in scripting languages for automation (e.g. LotusScript Formula language).
Familiarity with related technologies and systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications (Optional):
HCL Certified System Administrator Notes and Domino
Other relevant certifications in server administration and collaboration platforms.
