We are hiring Optical Fitter for Company dealing in Eyewear in church gate location Mumbai.
- Lens Edging: Operate automatic edgers kappa hand edger and semiautomatic edger to shape lenses according to specifications. Ensure a precise fit into our bespoke frames.
- Frame Alignment & Service: Perform frame adjustments to ensure a perfect fit for our customers. Provide frame repair services as needed while maintaining the quality and integrity of our luxury products.
- Measurement: Take accurate pupillary distance (PD) and segment height measurements to ensure lenses are correctly positioned in frames.
- Quality Control: Perform final quality checks on all finished eyewear to ensure they meet our high standards and customer requirements.
- Handson experience with automatic edgers kappa hand edger and semiautomatic edger.
Requirements
Relevant Experience of Optical Fitting in Local as well as in Luxurious Brands.
Good computer skills (MS Office) Proficiency in English Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with high level of dedication Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close & strong negotiation & follow up skills. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Strong customer service and follow-through skills
