Inspectora de obras - CivilStructural Engineer - Rota

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Representatives (QAR) Inspector/a de obra to oversee the construction and design changes of the military hangar in Rota Naval Base.

Tasks

Oversee construction works design changes material submittals of a steel framed structure which sits on pile foundations along with associated electrical and HVAC systems.

Requirements

Candidate must be a qualified professional Engineer with the minimum of an accredited Engineering Masters Degree in Civil Building or Structural Engineering or demonstrated equivalent along with a current Professional Registration (or similar certificate that proves the experience) for quality assurance designated staff members.

The QAR must have at least ten (10) years of documented experience on site related with quality control role in the construction industry. This experience must include at least two large projects that include piling or construction of the steel framed buildings or related foundation/civil works.

The QAR shall be fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken with excellent communication and report writing skills.
