Foreign Exchange Duty Manager - Copenhagen Airport

Prosegur Cash is one of the worlds largest companies providing travel currency and payment service solutions. We are growing fast and are now looking for people who want to join us on our exciting journey. We are now looking for two Duty Managers for our operation at Kastrup Airport.

Prosegur Cash are now opening several branches at Kastrup Airport and are therefore looking for twoDuty Managers. Start as soon as possible.

Are you a leader with a genuine interest in sales

In the role Duty Manager you work operationally and lead from the front distribute and ensure that the team adopts a proactive approach to work. You also work to identify and attract new customers as well as communicate with external and internal contacts in the branches. In the role you will coach your employees and challenge them in various sales activities. You will regularly undergo training in the important regulations that govern the industry as well as follow up that checklists are carried out and completed. In this role you report to the Airport Manager.

Your duties vary but primarily include:

• Work in the cashier line mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency
• Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures
• Work as part of a team with another Duty Manager leading the staff in the daily tasks of the operation
• Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales
• Participation in sales activities and marketing projects

Who are you

In order to fit into the role as Duty Manager we are looking for someone who has previous experience in sales and personnel responsibility. You go to work to make a difference. You are a driven and solutionoriented person who loves development. You see pleasure in dealing with all kinds of customer situations and you like meeting people. You are responsible and complete your tasks with great accuracy. You are resultsdriven and serviceoriented and just like your colleagues always want to deliver the best possible service for the highest possible profitability. You are fluent in at least one Scandinavian language as well as English which is the corporate language. If you also speak other languages it is an advantage.

Hours: 37 hours per week (Fulltime)
Between: 05:00 and 22:00 on a shift pattern basis.
