Job Description

Are you passionate about player protection and ensuring a safe gaming environment for all Were seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head of Responsible Gaming to drive our commitment to responsible gaming and further shape and implement our responsible gaming strategy.

Tasks

As Head of Responsible Gaming at Videoslots you will be responsible for the overall responsible gaming strategy to ensure that we offer our players a responsible respectful and entertaining gaming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform quality assurance on the outputs of analysts providing tailored and timely feedback identifying training knowledge and skills gaps and identifying areas for strengthening in line with local regulatory requirements.
  • Management of the RG analysts inclusive of workload scheduling resource planning and performance management.
  • Ensure and maintain complete compliance with all relevant licensing authorities (incl. but not limited to MGA UKGC DGA AAMS SGA and DGOJ)
  • Develop and drive the responsible gaming operational strategy of Videoslots.
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy for the identification and management of atrisk players.
  • Use the teams analysis to advise on products improvements/amendments in order to align with Videoslots responsible gaming strategy and anticipate common player issues.
  • Lead on the ongoing review of responsible gambling research and industry best practice and make recommendations for the continuous improvement of the operational responsible gambling framework within the business.
  • Advise and work with internal stakeholders to improve product features to continuously promote and ensure Responsible Gaming
  • Promote responsible gaming awareness throughout the organization and make sure that we are offering the very best experience/tools to our customers.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and drive continuous performance improvement
  • Ensure responsible gaming lies at the heart of our daily operations in all departments.
  • Manage player escalations from other departments such as customer services games payment & risk and handle such situations in a nimble manner ensuring the player is supported and the company remains compliant.
  • Develop the Responsible Gaming training strategy for all departments within Videoslots and deliver training as needed.
  • Assist department with daytoday queries and complaints including out of office hours when needed.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers when necessary to offer at risk players support.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Psychology Social Work Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Overall 23 years experience in leading a responsible gaming team with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Work experience with international markets within the iGaming industry is essential.
  • Great Regulatory and Compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Cando attitude with a great interest in Responsible Gaming and Customer Support.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to lead others in a humble way and by example
