Shift: 07:00AM04:00PM

Pay Rate: $36.50/Hr. on W2

Job description:

  • Our client is looking for a dynamic strategic results driven Human Resources professional to join the HR team at the York PA facility.
  • The role reports to the Site HR Director and is a fulltime onsite position. The HRBP role is both a strategic and handson role that provides full cycle Human Resources support.
  • The HRBP will work closely with employees and managers to provide expertise and hands on support tin multiple areas including: on boarding employee relations labor relations management coaching talent management and performance management.
  • Job duties may include:
  • Manage recommend and implement remedies on midlevel to complex employee relations issues working closely with the management. Conduct thorough and objective investigations.

    Proactively identify and assess potential legal risks and act to ensure compliance. Partner with Legal and Ethics Departments as needed.

    Provide performance management guidance to line management for coaching counseling career development and disciplinary actions.

    Act as resource to employees when needed providing guidance on and interpreting company policy as well as assuring that employee perspectives are heard and considered.

    Engage with Shared Services/COEs teams (Compensation Benefits Global Mobility Talent Acquisition Payroll and Compliance) to execute business strategies through tactical operations.

    Support Labor Relations by administering the collective bargaining agreement. Including management of accommodations job posting process the attendance program and the grievance process.

    Required Skills

    • Microsoft Office Suite Experience with employee relations and conducting investigations Presentation Skills Organization Skills Communication skills Ability to deal with ambiguity

    Experience Required:

  • 46 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing warehousing or retail environment. Problem solving experience Continuous improvement experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Education Required:

    • High School Degree
    • Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources or other related field is preferred.
