An amazing opportunity to work with a Leading Australian Interior Design studio as an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Social Media Virtual Assistant.
Reporting to the Founder/Design Director and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Social Media VA.
You will have social media management content creation graphic design video editing experience and a passion for digital marketing with a focus on the Interior Design Industry.
You will be responsible for the following:
Digital Marketing
- Social media management content creation digital marketing execution
- Repurposing content video editing
- Content creation support and design in Canva
- Outreach sequencing and appointment setting
- Development and execution of Email Marketing Campaigns
Admin Support
- CRM management data entry sales pipeline management
- Manage and book appointments
- Transcription of training videos for knowledgebase
- Development of training documents and processes from videos
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in social media management and engagement and content creation on Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and other social media platforms are a must
- Experience in Lead Generation is highly desirable
- Graphic Design and Video editing experience is a plus
- Proactive resultsdriven and efficient.
- Highly organised processoriented and organiser of all things
- Experience in various software including;
- Canva Adobe Suite (InDesign) HubSpot
- Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Php 35000
- Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation:
a. 10 days annual leave credits
b. 5 days of sick leave - 13th Month Pay after 30 days
- Annual Appraisal
- Laptop provided after 30 days
- Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
- SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
