Preparing contracts in coordination with the parties and concerned parties in the General Department of Legal Consultation regarding terms and legal matters.
Developing and updating contracts with regard to additional services or deleting any of the services agreed upon in the original contract in accordance with the policies and procedures followed in the company and after taking the directions of the Head of the Purchasing and Contracts Department.
Inform the Head of the Purchasing and Contracts Department of any deviations or violations of the contract terms (specifications, quantities, supply schedule, etc.) and request that they be corrected in an effective and rapid manner in order to preserve the company’s rights and interests.
Signing contracts in coordination with the relevant authorities in the company and keeping original copies of concluded contracts.
Follow up on the validity periods of contracts to determine their renewal dates when necessary, in coordination with the parties and concerned authorities, after ensuring that service suppliers adhere to the terms of the contract and verify the level of services provided.
