Responsibili&es:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager managing both personal and professional affairs.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements with efficiency.

  • Arrange international travel including visa applications accommoda.ons and itineraries with a focus on US and European destinations.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations on behalf of the General Manager.

  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders ensuring effective communication.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.



Requirements


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organiza.onal and timemanagement skills.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in office soPware and technology.

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally including trips to the US and Europe.

  • Familiarity with US visa processes and interna.onal travel logistics.
