Our client is a toptier global Language Service Provider with a great brand presence vision technologies and existing large clients in Japan. There is now an opening for a Business Development Director with future opportunities for promotion.
You can work from home but must be available to attend meetings in the Tokyo office as needed.

The Senior Business Development Directors are responsible for identifying qualifying and closing business with new clients who are looking to solve their language service and technology challenges.
Senior Business Development Directors are responsible for generating their own pipeline by identifying prospecting and winning new customers through an effective sales strategy and approach. You will have support from inside sales and marketing and expert business consultants and operational colleagues to present the winning solution to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Devise and drive lead generation programs and campaigns interacting with partners
networking cold calling campaigns and effective messaging.
Identify and maximize opportunities in companies with high annual revenue potential.
Target strategic prospects.
Map organizations business units influencers sponsors and power sponsors.
Identify business drivers to associate optimal services and solutions.
Work closely with inside sales to build the right strategy to get optimum results.
Close cooperation with operational delivery teams for new opportunities.
Building a robust pipeline and delivering the quarterly and annual quota targets.
To identify and close new clients.
To build a strong longterm pipeline.
Deliver revenue growth goals established with executive and divisional management.
Follow up on pipelines for business expansion.
Foster strong client relationships.
Build strong internal relationships with the people responsible for delivering what you have sold.
Include relevant representatives in client meetings.
Provide management updates and look for feedback and direction when needed.
Skills & Experience
The company attracts the best people in the industry and we are looking for applicants who fit the following profile:
5 years of experience selling Language Services to high revenue clients
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Proven ability to secure meetings with key decision makers
Ability to identify key customers and strategic sales skills
Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and make sound decisions to present and sell the company s services
Solid proficiency in Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook
Experience working with Salesforce
