**Overview:**
As a Remote Imaginative Exploration Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and execution of imaginative and transformative travel experiences. This position requires a creative mindset exceptional organizational skills and a passion for crafting journeys that go beyond conventional exploration. Working remotely you will collaborate with the exploration team to bring imaginative travel concepts to life.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Research and Ideation:**
Conduct thorough research on global destinations unique experiences and emerging travel trends.
Contribute creative ideas and concepts for imaginative exploration itineraries.
2. **Documentation and Coordination:**
Assist in the creation of visually appealing travel proposals and detailed itineraries.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including local partners and service providers to ensure seamless execution.
3. **Logistics Support:**
Aid in the logistical aspects of travel planning such as transportation accommodation and access to unique experiences.
Assist in managing travel logistics to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable exploration for clients.
4. **Client Communication:**
Maintain regular communication with clients to gather preferences provide updates and address inquiries.
Collaborate with clients to refine and tailor imaginative exploration experiences based on their feedback.
5. **Technology Integration:**
Explore and recommend innovative technologies or platforms that can enhance the imaginative exploration experience.
Support the integration of virtual elements or interactive tools into travel proposals.
6. **Budget Management:**
Assist in managing budgets for imaginative exploration experiences ensuring costeffectiveness without compromising quality.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to negotiate favorable deals.
7. **Creative Content Development:**
Contribute to the creation of creative content including blog posts social media updates and promotional materials.
Capture and curate visual content to showcase the imaginative aspects of exploration.
8. **Continuous Learning:**
Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and innovative travel experiences.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the exploration team.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in tourism hospitality communications or a related field is advantageous.
Strong creative and imaginative mindset with a passion for travel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in communication tools project management software and relevant travel platforms is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Prior experience in travel planning event coordination or a related field is advantageous.
