Currently, we serve in 50+ Cities, and 5 states with our 30+ outlets and 300+
We have served 2500+ Families, and 200 Cr Loans
We are looking for young people who want to make a part of us and make people's mortgage lending process

Job Brief: We are currently looking to hire a driven National Sales for Projects & Agents to lead the sales function of Home loans and develop & implement the Pan India sales strategy in line with overall

Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budgets and
- Identifying and acquiring new Channel partners, increasing the market penetration and building a Loyal customer
- Building solid relationships with Dealers &
- Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales
- Build a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products &
- Analysing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies to respond to
Key Requirements:
- MBA from a reputed
- Strong track record of success in growing business through Channel Sales, Connects and APF
- Hands-on leader who is a strong coach & mentor and has a strong track record of building & leading high-performing sales
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
