Tasks

• Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company products and services
• Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Keeping accurate records of all sales activities and reporting on sales performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of experience in telesales or a related role
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
