Digital Project Manager

GenePlanet a global leader in the field of preventive genetic tests specializing in NIPT cancer screening and lifestyle DNA tests is looking for a selfdriven and resultsoriented professional to join our team and lead digital marketing campaigns for NIPT in various markets.

Tasks

As a Digital Project Manager you will play a critical role in creating leads online and converting them to customers/sales. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Define manage and deliver digital marketing strategies in order to reach ecommerce goals
• Actively lead an internal team of specialists who manage operations of performance marketing campaigns across key channels (advertiser designer) and telesales team who converts the leads
• Manage budget and take a datadriven approach to identify create target and analyze all digital marketing activities
• Test new channels new offers new partnerships and new markets
• Analyze and monitor competition and consumer behaviour
• Keep track of the learnings and communicate the insights to the team / management
• Stay on top of changes in digital marketing and adapt strategies accordingly
• Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales Product development Operations Customer support.... )

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in leading digital marketing campaigns (lead gen ecommerce)
• High level proficiency in Englsih
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (handson experience is a plus)
• Understanding of CRO (handson experience is a plus)
• Understanding of SEO SEM and Meta Ads (handson experience is a plus)
• Ability to read trends in metrics and quickly iterate on implementations
• Endless desire to learn new techniques and be a handson tinkerer
• Strong planning and execution logical & outofthebox thinking
• Excellent collaboration & communication skills
• ROAS focused
