Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Actively engage in recruitment processes by screening CVs.
- Reach out to potential employees via LinkedIn facilitating initial conversations and assessing fit for the organization.
- Podcast Guest Coordination:
- Manage the guest list for our CEOs podcast.
- Coordinate invitations and scheduling for podcast guests ensuring a seamless experience for both the guests and the host.
- CRM Management:
- Oversee our CRM platform (Pipedrive) ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate records optimizing the CRM system for efficiency and effectiveness.
- General Support:
- Provide comprehensive support across various departments as needed.
- Tackle diverse challenges demonstrating flexibility and a problemsolving attitude. Identifying & solving issues before they become severe problems.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience as on Operations Manager HRManager Executive Assistant or similar
- excellent communicator in English written & spoken
- excellent organizational skills & detail orientation
- Analytical Thinking
- Empathy & ability to manage
