Community program lead

At the female factor we are on a mission to level the playing field for ambitious women globally. As the community program lead you are the core of the female factor ensuring that all communityrelated programs are top quality directly addressing our communitys needs and aligning with our overall mission.

The ideal candidate for this role will have an intuitive understanding of the distinct requirements of professionals at all levels from aspiring talents to established leaders eager to support their development.

Tasks

• Managing our communityrelated programs and making sure they are of high quality relevant and beneficial for our community members.
• Being the primary contact person for a variety of stakeholders within our community including leaders/executives members talents community partners event partners etc.
• Representing the female factor on various platforms and events confidently showcasing our mission and programs.
• Leveraging data and analytics to inform program direction and decisionmaking to ensure that the programs are meeting their objectives and serving the community.
• Setting up and maintaining efficient systems for program management and operations ensuring smooth running and success.
• Working closely with the community coordinator and the VP of product to provide an empowering environment for our community.
• Participating in strategic planning and execution to enhance community engagement and growth.

Wed like to inform you that this role is a parttime position requiring a commitment of 1015 hours per week. If youre based in Austria we can employ you directly. However for our team members from other parts of the world this role would be offered on a freelance contract basis.
