Job Description
- Monitoring and analyzing expenditures across different departments and projects to identify trends, anomalies, and potential cost overruns
- Preparing regular reports, summaries, and presentations detailing cost variances, budget performance, and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborating with department heads and project managers to develop accurate and realistic budgets and support budget implementation
- Investigating and explaining budget variances, highlighting both positive and negative deviations
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address discrepancies and adjust budgets accordingly
