exercise for a business unit
•Conduct the context analysis exercise for
division in consultation with divisional ;
•Perform the scenario analysis
•Conduct the performance analysis
•Facilitate in setting the financial and operating
objectives for next year
Facilitate in defining, plan progress, track
results delivery of companies ;
Partnering with all divisional & department
heads; identify & clarify business development
needs/;
Coordinate with Sponsors/ Champions for
monthly update on Divisional & Departmental
initiatives; clarify anomalies & share finalised
updates with the ;
Facilitate periodic reviews for functional &
Corporate initiatives, with status report on
major ;
•Provide support on business case development
wherever ;
•Active participation in Business case appraisal
committee
•Conduct the primary/ secondary research for
required analysis/ ;
•Conduct the analysis to develop insights and
;
•Report organizational performance on key
strategic, financial and operational metrics
•Present the findings to divisional heads /
leadership teams
