Personal Assistant Female

Job Brief:We are looking for a helpful and organized female Personal Assistant to support our senior executive. Your main job will be to attend meetings write down what is discussed and make sure the right team members know what they need to do. You should be good at speaking Hindi and both speaking and writing English. If you know how to use ChatGPT thats a plus!


Responsibilities:

1. Join the boss in meetings and write down the important points.
2. Tell the team what they need to do based on the meeting notes.
3. Check if the team has entered the information correctly in our computer system.
4. Later you might need to handle emails and phone calls.
5. Use ChatGPT for different tasks as needed.


Skills Required:

1. Talking in Hindi and good at English (speaking and writing).
2. Being friendly professional and easy to talk to.
3. Listening well and writing down what people say.
4. Basic computer skills like using Excel.
5. Using AIl tools like ChatGPT is a bonus.

Who We Prefer:

1. A female candidate who lives close to Banjara Hills Hyderabad (within 20 minutes).
2. Ideally someone who is married with grownup kids.
3. Experience in a similar job is helpful but not necessary.
