Hiring Operations Manager for a top fast scaling CPG startup flying past $5M in annual revenue. This company HQd in the old town area of Scottsdale has a unique product offering and along with their partnerships are scaling rapidly.
*This position is on site in office as the team is going through exciting high growth stages!
Operations Manager/Lead Operations Analyst
- Lead and develop customer service
- Manage VAs
- Develop website chat and automation
- Create loyalty program
- Manage processing of orders to third party retailers
- Shipstation
- Easy ship
- Manage processing of orders at Scottsdale office
- Coordinate virtual corporate events
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager to fulfill inventory needs
