- Operational Excellence and Process Safety
- Participate in the PHA and MOC process by providing technical inputs and evaluating recommendations to ensure operational feasibility and compliance to safety standards.
- Investigate incidents, provide and evaluate recommendations from PHA to ensure timely implementation of the process.
- Process Optimization and Plant Performance Evaluations
- Implement Advance Process Control System through proper awareness and specialization to optimize the process.
- Monitor the plant parameters daily and evaluate the plant performance by providing recommendations in order to improve technical processes.
- Manage material and energy balance, compare with design and assist the plant management in facilitating processes to run the plant efficiently and economically.
- Provide engineering assistance on technical aspects to the Operations Group, conduct evaluation and selection of equipment based on technical requirements to meet engineering standards.
