Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce shipping provider. Always with the consumer at heart.
Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind were now looking for a Box Sales Associate to join us on the journey ahead. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of revolutionizing lastmile delivery in Norway!
Some of the things youll do
In this position youll play an essential role in scaling our Norwegian business by establishing & developing strong partnerships with location partners for our Instabox Boxes. For this position you will report to the Box Expansion Lead in Norway and work at our office in Oslo.
Further as Instabee in Norway is a scaleup business and grows at the same speed as light travels we are looking for a highly adaptable candidate with a strong drive passion for closing deals & developing relationships. We search for an individual who can grow with the business & team over the coming years.
Key Responsibilities
The main responsibility of this position is to sell our solution/lockers to new location partners
Develop and grow relationships with large retail chains and property owners
Do store visits and develop storespecific expansion plans together with store managers
Track KPIs for your portfolio and continuously evaluate actions to improve performance
Learn the business contribute insights to other departments and play a central part in the continued growth journey for Instabee Norway
What Were Looking For
A curious driven and creative individual who wants to be part of one of the most exciting scaleup journeys in Norway for the coming years
High energy levels triggered by hunting new business and closing deals both through cold calling and inperson
Exceptional communication skills in Norwegian and English both written and verbal
Bachelors degree within a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Up to three years of experience in B2B Sales ideally with a proven track record
Drivers license (Klasse B)
Considering the upcoming holiday season we will commence the recruitment process and interviews during the second week of January.
