EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
Proven experience in analysis of large set of data including: data cleaning and preprocessing handle missing or inconsistent data identify trends patterns and correlations within the data
Proven expertise in delivering data presentations both adhoc and on regular basis to diverse level of management from entry level to executive
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI reporting
Knowledge of working with Microsoft Excel particularity with pivot tables and pivot charts
Certification in widely recognized data analysis and visualization tool (Power BI Tableau or others) is an advantage
DUTIES/ROLE:
Design generate and present Service Level Management reports (adhoc and regular) based on the ITSM data coming from multiple sources databases spreadsheets and external APIs. Identify trends patterns and correlations within the data
Assist Service Delivery Managers in establishing and preserving clear definitions for Service measures and metrics contributing to enhancement of Key Quality Indicators. Define predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes
Design and implement data collection processes leading to reporting automation
Prepare statistical input supporting Service Delivery Managers for Service Boards reporting
Use data visualization tools to present findings in clear and understandable manner to technical and nontechnical audience
