Tasks

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scans records and transcribes reports records reviews letters journal articles and other documents promptly using company format while being aware of deadlines. Some words can be 40150 pages long. Names and saves documents correctly. May type letters reports flyers and other documents from copy. May create PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. Confirms spelling medications etc.

2. After review correct the document and print the draft or final version as required.

3. Uses the scanner expertly to create record reviews and checks for common scanning errors.

Requirements

Fast and accurate typing and word processing

Excellent spelling grammar and punctuation skills

Proofreading and editing skills Aptitude for discerning challenging audio and accented speech

Processing and responding well to quality feedback
