• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Required: 24 years Casino Accounting experience

About the Role

Ensures that daily audits for all casino outlets are performed in accordance with company policy and that daily revenues are properly recorded.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the adherence to company policy by conducting daily audits across all casino outlets ensuring proper recording of daily revenues.
• Grants complimentary privileges within approved limits as per the Comp Matrix guidelines.
• Accurately records daily comp revenues and expenses specifying amounts charged departments and types.
• Keeps department management wellinformed about relevant information concerning revenue recognition and associated activities.
• Facilitates regular team member meetings to address concerns discuss policies and foster teamwork.
• Manages the reconciliation of daily credit card postings.
• Timely preparation of team member evaluations.
• Provides training motivation and disciplinary action to enhance team members' value to the company and maintain high morale.
• Assists in the monthend and/or yearend closing processes as requested by management.
• Participates in internal external regulatory and miscellaneous audits as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Accounting degree from accredited business school or related experience.
• Two years’ experience with hospitality accounting operations/systems with casino experience preferred.
• Strong background in accounting and internal controls.
• Strong math skills.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
