- Working with the MENA talent acquisition leader to develop the business partnering capabilities of the TA function in Saudi, through the development of key relationships with all senior stakeholders, contributing to the business planning and advising on the growth agenda.
- Coaching and developing a team of recruiters and researchers
- Headhunting and hiring local and expatriate, business-critical project candidates.
- Developing, communicating and monitoring talent pooling and recruitment strategies in line with the growth plans for new and existing sectors.
- Developing a robust local supply chain, taking a strategic and commercial approach to the utilisation of high-performing recruitment agencies, where necessary to support specialist requirements.
