Purpose Statement

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Financial Officer to join our team. In this role your mission is to ensure the financial health of our organization through meticulous financial analysis strategic planning and adherence to regulatory standards. The Finance Officer will be responsible for the daytoday financial operations such as preparing financial statements conducting financial analysis preparing financial reports span budgeting and forecasting contributing to informed decisionmaking and sustainable growth. Responsibilities

• Conduct indepth financial analysis interpreting data trends and providing insights to guide decisionmaking.
  

• Assist in developing monitoring and managing budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  

• Manage and oversee cash disbursement processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
  

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
  

• Support the development of financial forecasts identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations reporting requirements and industry standards.
  

• Monitor and analyze expenses providing recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
  

• Cash Management liquidity and fund management risk management.
  

• Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and provide support for decisionmaking.
  

• Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits ensuring financial records are accurate and accessible.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field. Advanced degree & professional certifications (e.g. CFA CPA ACCA/ICAN) preferred.
  

• Minimum of 3 years in finance Role in the Financial services/finTech industry.
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for financial data interpretation.
  

• Proficient in spreadsheets databases MS Office and financial software applications.
  

• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
  

• Outstanding presentation meticulous attention to detail for accurate financial reporting and communication skills.
  

• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis corporate finance and information analysis.
  

• Wellinformed in current financial subjects accounting tax laws money market and business environments.
