We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for advancing the community and client experience of our team through online and traditional marketing.

Our ideal candidate has excellent copywriting abilities is creative and enjoys working in a fastpaced environment. You ll be marketing our products and creating content that adds value and helps educate our current past and future clients while promoting our brand. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is always seeking new ideas and ways that we can continue to improve.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging around the client experience program. (Brand messaging PR newsletters)
    • Manage external marketing and communications agencies to ensure delivery of marketing objectives. (Outsource creatives)
    • Responsible for producing or overseeing all written content for the company website social media captions monthly print newsletters and weekly email newsletters.
    • Craft 23 written blogs per week with proper SEO and keyword implementation.
  • Optimize Allied s website for search engines and user experience to enhance our online presence. (First page of Google for targeted keywords increase conversion KPI)
  • Implement effective social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. (Brand awareness)
    • Execution of monthly social media campaigns.
  • Conceptualize new advertising and marketing campaigns to increase lead generation.
  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message.
  • Analyze paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (YouTube Ads).
  • Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth.
  • Prepare signage for events that will entice potential clients .
  • Plan and organize all team events with our office manager. Take photos and then market on social media.
  • Coordinate professional photos and videography for delivered projects.
  • Organize and execute all new project marketing photos/videos/story including project page creation and client communication.
  • Create posts and landing pages on WordPress.
  • Utilize Canva Photoshop and InDesign to create designs for social media and print marketing materials.
  • Edit a minimum of 3 videos per week using platforms such as Camtasia.
  • Analyze data from social media platforms and Google Analytics to monitor performance.
  • Create email marketing campaigns and manage Zoho Marketing Hub designs audiences and campaigns.
    • Utilize CRM database to track incoming leads and pull customer lists.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure the efficient allocation of resources. (Be resourceful do a lot with a small budget).
  • Call delivered project clients for reviews & testimonials.

  • B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors.
  • Superior English/Spanish grammar/punctuation and attention to detail in written communication.
  • Has a creative fresh approach to social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all messages and comments from followers.
  • Bright upbeat energetic and have strong communication skills.
  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or marketing department.
  • Develops innovative forward design concepts.
  • Must be able to submit 3 writing samples 2 of which must be blog posts or articles over 200 words.
  • Must have basic video editing skills (with Adobe Premiere Pro iMovie WeVideo or something similar).
  • Must have solid research and problemsolving skills.
  • Must be organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
